Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of selectmasterplumbing.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Select Master Plumbing ("Select Master Plumbing," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site provides general information about our residential and commercial plumbing services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including repairs, installations, drain cleaning, water heaters, water softeners, irrigation and sprinkler systems, and gas-line work. The Site also allows visitors to contact us and request an estimate.
Estimates, Scheduling, and Plumbing Services
Submitting a contact form, email, or other request does not create a service agreement, guarantee an appointment, or require us to perform work. Any estimate provided through the Site or before an on-site evaluation is preliminary unless we state otherwise in writing. The scope, price, schedule, payment terms, permits, materials, warranties, and other conditions for a plumbing job will be governed by the estimate, invoice, work order, or other service agreement provided for that job.
Service availability may depend on location, staffing, site conditions, applicable codes, permit requirements, and the nature of the requested work. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about the property and requested service.
No Emergency Service Through the Site
Do not rely on the Site, email, or the contact form for an emergency or an urgent hazard. Contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider if there is an immediate threat to people or property, including a suspected gas leak. Contacting us does not guarantee an immediate response.
Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes related to learning about or requesting our services. You may not:
